Q: Is this phone band new?  Is it refurbished? 
A: Almost all the phones on www.simoncells.com are brand new.  If a phone is marked “refurbished” or “RB” than the phone has been rebuilt by its manufacture.

Q: What is the warranty? 
A: SimonCells.com will service or replace defective merchandise with the exact model or a comparable model, at our discretion, within 7 days.  After 7 days customers must contact the manufacture directly.  Many phones come with a year warranty, some warranty’s are international, and all warranties are for manufacturer defects only. Please contact the product manufacturer for the most accurate information regarding their warranty and support policies.

Q: Is this phone unlocked? Is it branded?
A: Yes, all our GSM phones are unlocked and most are unbranded. Please E-mail sales@simoncells.com to ask about a specific model.

Q: Do GSM phones work in the United States ? If so, what companies offer service for GSM phones?
A: Yes, GSM phones will work in the United States with any GSM/SIM Card service provider such as Cingular/AT&T and T-Mobile. The phones we sell support the 1900 GSM frequency which is supported by most carriers in most areas. Some phones support the 850 GSM frequency and some do not. Please check with your phone service provider to determine if you need the 1900, 850 or both frequencies.

Q: Does this phone work internationally in Europe, Asia, South America , etc?
A: Yes, all the GSM phones are unlocked and work with any GSM/SIM Card service provider.   Make sure the phone you are purchasing has the GSM frequency needed in your country.  (World GSM Frequencies)

Payment Options

Q: Do you accept international credit cards?
A: Yes! We are currently accepting international credit cards through Google Checkout. However, at this time Google is only approving international credit card orders that are shipping to US or UK addresses. If you would like to place an order using an international credit card and ship to a non US or UK address, please contact our sales office for alternate arrangements.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club cards are accepted.  Bank wire transfers are also accepted.

Q: Do you accept Purchase Orders?
A: All orders must be placed online or by phone, paid by major credit card or wire transfer when required, and are subject to the terms and conditions as outlined on this site.  We are more than happy to include a PO number on your shipping label.  Just put it in the comment section of your order.

Q: Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?
A: We welcome bulk and wholesale orders.  For these types of orders we usually request a wire transfer for payment.

Shipping

Q: If I place my order today when will it ship?
A: Orders must first be verified before they can be processed for shipping. Most in stock items will ship within 1-2 business days once they are verified.  Specialty items are ordered specifically for each customer and can take longer to ship. Email sales@simoncells.com with questions about your specific order.

Q: What are my shipping options?  How much is shipping?
A:  After placing your items in the shopping cart you can click on the “shipping estimate” tab to view your shipping options and costs.  Phones and Bluetooth items can usually be shipped UPS ground, 3-day select, 2^nd day air, and next day.  Most non Bluetooth accessories are shipped twice a week via the USPS.  Please note that UPS shipments require signature confirmation at the time of delivery.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses?
A:  Phones and Bluetooth items are shipped via UPS and they can NOT be sent to PO Boxes nor APO addresses.  Most non Bluetooth items are sent via USPS and can be delivered to PO Boxes and APO addresses.

Q: How can I track my package?
A:  An email will be sent when your item is shipped.  UPS tracking numbers will usually be sent by the next business day after an order ships.

Q: Would you be willing to ship outside of the United States ?
A:  We do  offer shipping outside of the United States .
