i-mate Ultimate 8150 Unlocked Quadband GSM Phone includes the new Intel XScale PXA 5220MHz processor, Class 2 Stereo Bluetooth, XGA video out and front facing VGA camera for video calling.
The i-mate Ultimate 8150 Pocket PC runs on a 520MHz processor with 128MB RAM, and features XGA video out, HSDPA connectivity, and a 262k 2.6" large touchscreen. This neat candy-bar style Pocket PC has all the usual Mobile office tools on board and runs Window Mobile 6 OS.

UMTS, Wi-Fi connectivity, 256MB of memory, Bluetooth including A2DP stereo support, expandable microSD memory, a 2MP camera, and FM radio. There's also a video output for projectors and displays.
