The i-mate JAMin has a 200MHz TI OMAP 850 processor, 128 MB memory and 64 MB RAM. Also a QVGA 65k TFT touchscreen, 2.0 megapixel camera and MMC/SD memory card slot are built in the successor of the i-mate JAM (HTC Magician platform).
